Acclaimed two-Michelin starred chef Gareth Ward of Ynyshir - a restaurant and rooms on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, is heading to the capital.

Gareth Ward is the head chef and co-owner of Ynyshir, the two Michelin starred restaurant in Wales - crowned as the UK's best restaurant twice! The cutting-edge, highly respected chef and Sat Bains' protégé is hosting a special dinner, this November, at L’Epicerie - the chef’s table overlooking the Claridge’s hotel’s kitchens. Enjoy a front-row seat to culinary theatre - and a unique setting - where up to fourteen guests are hosted around a communal table in an intimate setting and served a tasting menu of dishes featuring the best British produce and Japanese influenced techniques and ingredients. 
 
Dinner is priced at £475 per guest. This dinner is part of The Kitchen Supper Series which sees a roster of renowned and notable chefs from The Good Food Guide take over Claridge’s kitchen one by one, for one night only, elevating the chef’s table experience and celebrating the very best of British dining.
