Chef Jeremy Chan of two Michelin-starred Ikoyi will welcome Munich based Chef Jan Hartwig of three Michelin-starred JAN, for an exclusive seasonal lunch and dinner collaboration.

As Chef Ambassadors for N25 caviar, these two celebrated chefs and their acclaimed restaurants are brought together to create a series of outstanding dishes that optimise the potential of autumn’s micro seasonal produce and showcasing a select range of caviar varieties. Jan is one of ten three-starred chefs in Germany - and known for his stylish German-inspired, haute cuisine and cooking style characterised by precision and creativity. Jeremy Chan is the creative mind behind the two-Michelin-star restaurant Ikoyi at 180 Strand in London - his spice-based cuisine is built around seasonal British produce.

The combined result promises an exceptional menu of intricately designed and impeccably crafted dishes that meld two of Europe’s most acclaimed culinary minds in a one-day-only celebration of season, produce and caviar. The lunch and dinner are priced at £400 per person with an optional wine, sake, or tea pairing also available on request.
