Chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft, alongside James Robson, owners of the critically-acclaimed restaurant Fallow St James’s Market, are opening Fowl. The 70-cover site is located a stone’s throw away from Fallow and open all-day for walk-ins only. Promising a ‘chicken shop like no other’, Will and Jack have created a ‘beak-to-feet' menu - including their interpretation of classic dishes - with pasture-raised and soy-free birds sourced from The Ethical Butcher and Rare Breed Meats.
Menu highlights include: chicken liver parfait with black cherries and sourdough soldiers; triple crisp hot wings with sriracha mayo; and chicken fries. Also expect a concise cocktail and wine list available, alongside beers, including Guinness, on tap.
