From Friday 18th October to Friday 20th December, French Chef Jaïs Mimoun will be over from Paris to take over the kitchen at Casa Cruz, showcasing a curated seasonal menu of his signature modern French cuisine, paired with exceptional French wines. Dishes include: langoustine rartare with straciatella, torrefied buckwheat, and lime zest; Turbot fillet steak with roasted winter carrots and turmeric cream and 40 day dry-aged Simmenthal boneless rib eye with Roasted Roscoff onion puree. The food will be complemented by carefully selected French wines. 

Signature Dishes

Royal Dorado carpaccio with Camelina oil and fresh pomegranate; langoustine tartare with Puglia straciatella, torrefied buckwheat; Blue Lobster salad with fresh green peas and snow peas and a 1kg dry-aged Simmenthal beef rib with homemade fries, perfect for two.
